What is Girl Indie and why should you join?

Girl Indie is a forum that two friends (Lisa Bacon & Bobbie Yerkey) created for WAHM and independent women owned businesses. The forum is filled with useful information for starting or growing your small business. We also provide unique low cost advertising opportunities, ad co-ops, celebrity basket inclusion and much more! We encourage our members to network and learn from each other.

We have each built several businesses from the ground up. Between the two of us, we've experienced and learned a wealth of information. We now find ourselves answering questions and giving out advice to many of our clients and other women looking to start businesses of their own. Most of these women are just starting out on the internet or branching out from an auction site to having their own website. This is new territory for many people and they need help and guidance. It is also helpful to those with an established small business that are looking to grow and expand to a larger market.
